While our development programs are tailored for each client, some of the more popular development methods include training workshops and seminars, assessment tools, group coaching and case studies.
We encourage organizations to participate in the development programs as a leadership team. The shared experience establishes a mutual context for learning and development.
Virtual Manager™ Program
The Virtual Manager™ Program is Lifetime Leaders’ flagship development program. This program provides both employee development and management consulting to leverage the benefits of our range of services. For the period of the program, we are “virtually” managers in your organization. Overseeing projects, designing processes, developing employees and facilitating meetings are some of the functions we may perform in this capacity.
Project + Management™ Program
The Project + Management™ Program is designed for those seeking to build competency in managing projects. Our PMP certified trainers use the principles of the PMBOK® Guide to teach project skills which we knit together with proven leadership and management training to attain maximum success.
Customized Development Program
Lifetime Leaders is available to customize a development program to fit your specific needs. By working with you to assess current state and desired outcomes, we build a dynamic program that works for your organization. We are often able to support budget conscious organizations by strategically orchestrating workplace experiences and courses from our training library to provide an effective solution.
