The Virtual Manager™ Program is Lifetime Leaders’ flagship development program. This program provides both employee development and management consulting to leverage the benefits of our range of services. For the period of the program, we are “virtually” managers in your organization. Overseeing projects, designing processes, developing employees and facilitating meetings are some of the functions we may perform in this capacity.
Project + Management™ Program
The Project + Management™ Program is designed for those seeking to build competency in managing projects. Our PMP certified trainers use the principles of the PMBOK® Guide to teach project skills which we knit together with proven leadership and management training to attain maximum success.
Customized Development Program
Lifetime Leaders is available to customize a development program to fit your specific needs.
